The aim of this course is to enhance Participant’s skills in Contract Administration.
- to help participants become familiar with current approaches to site relationships;
- to encourage consistency across the organisation;
- to provide some methods for actively avoiding, or, minimising the impact of potential problems;
- to emphasize the importance of Quality and the changes brought about by AS/NZS 9000/9001
